Oradea Plaza (Oradea - Bihor County)
Ordea Plaza is an established retail park already anchored by strong retail brand tenants including Carrefour, Bricostore and Mobexpert. The Plaza is located in Bihor County in North-Western Romania, 15km from the Hungarian border and is highly visible with good accessibility for surrounding areas. Oradea is considered a relatively wealthy city with GDP/Capita 1.5x the Romanian national average.
Era Shopping Park (Iasi)
Era is an established, open and trading suburban retail shopping park located in Iasi on the outskirts of Bucharest, originally constructed in 2007 as Phase I of a larger development. Phase I is almost fully let and anchored by 4 'big box' retail units (Carrefour, Pratiker, Altex Media and Mobexpert) comprising 46,000m2 GLA.
