Galleria Plovdiv (Plovdiv)
Galleria Plovdiv is a regional retail and leisure centre comprising of c. 49,400 square meters of gross lettable area, located in an established retail area to the east of the city. The "Galleria" development is the first of its kind in Plovdiv, providing a broad retail offer with entertainment and leisure facilities supported by over 1,250 car parking spaces. The ground, first and second floor levels will primarily accommodate the shopping centre, with the car parking located above on the third, fourth and fifth floor levels.
Mega Mall Rousse (Rousse)
Mega Mall is a 17,500 square meter modern shopping centre development, including retail shopping and entertainment attractions built over three floors with car parking for 500 cars.
Bourgas Retail Park (Bourgas)
Bourgas Retail Park will be a retail destination anchored by a hypermarket and large format big-box retailers. The development will also include some smaller specialty operators to attract a broad market base. It is planned to cover a total gross floor area of 50,000 square meters. The development is located at the southern edge of the city of Bourgas, directly fronting the main highway connecting Bourgas with the holiday areas of the southern Black Sea coast.
Sliven Mall (Sliven)
Sliven will comprise a new shopping and leisure centre with a total gross built area of approximately 45,000 square meters. The design incorporates five main levels - one underground and four above-ground floors. On the first floor there will be seven stores and additional retail stands, a cafe, bank office and fast food outlet. The underground level will accommodate a supermarket and the retail center’s warehouses.
